The award-winning Buffelsdrift Game Lodge offers free-standing luxury tents with private outdoor showers and en-suite bathrooms. Each tent includes air conditioning, a minibar, a private deck, and views of the Swartberg Mountains and a wildlife watering hole. Some tents are set right at the water's edge. The family tent has a bathtub overlooking the dam. Mosquito repellent and ear plugs are provided.
Karoo Cuisine & Deck
The on-site restaurant serves award-winning Karoo cuisine made from fresh, local produce. It overlooks the waterhole, where hippos, elephants, and other wildlife visit. The menu includes ostrich steak, and breakfast features eggs cooked to order. Guests can enjoy meals on a shaded deck with views of the Swartberg Mountains.
Safari & Pool Activities
Game drives, night drives, and walking tours are available. The reserve has an outdoor salt-water pool overlooking the waterhole with sun loungers.
